Complaints Procedure

Complaints Procedure

We aim to deal effectively with any questions or issues you have in a timely manner and feel this is  best done face to face.  If you have a question or a problem please initially speak to your child's class teacher.  If you need further clarification, then please do catch Mrs Bennett (HT) or Mrs Smith (DHT) and they will be happy to spend time with you.
